[DFD] dfd_keeper 4.5 released

I've released dfd_keeper 4.5 to the web site.

This fixes some problems with logging, and the initial sync of rules.

The outstanding problem remaining is that you can't use --daemon.

However, if you simply run the process in the background, it works as expected.

I'm going to ask the Twisted people about why the framework might not run
when daemonized.
