[DFD] DFD keeper 4.3 released

Hello,

Just letting everyone know, there was a change made between 4.0 and 4.1 which
broke all commands.  That is fixed now.

And, in the version I'm disting now to the web site (4.3), we now log
the peer address whenever any command is issued:

dfd connection from IPv4Address(TCP, '127.0.0.1', 41080)
dfd command by IPv4Address(TCP, '127.0.0.1', 41080): number

There's something wrong with syslogging, I am in the process of
figuring that out.  Apparently it's not syslogging anything.

There's also an annoying property when you run it in the foreground,
that it prints out the entire ruleset every time it's synced.  I am in
the process of figuring this out too.

Is there anything I could do to make this program have wider appeal?
If so, let me know.
